I'm sure some are wondering how I came up with the title of my blog, Grounded Gypsy.
One thing I remember distinctly about my childhood was constantly moving. We never stayed in a town or even a state for very long. I crave change, I have a very nomadic way about me. I've always thought of myself as a kind of Gypsy.
Lately, I can't really embrace my inner gypsy. I've been tagged and bound by domesticity and motherhood.
This blog will be an assortment of my struggle between the woman I was and the woman I am becoming. From child to adult, freedom to motherhood, single to married to divorced.
